SocietyPopUp is currently in testing phase (MVP). Some features are limited.

Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Click on 'Login' in the menu, then 'Sign up'. You can create an account with your email address or use your Google account.

How do I navigate the site?

Use the search bar at the top of the page to find spaces. You can filter by location, dates, and space type. The main menu gives you access to all features.

For Guests

How do I search for a space?

Use the search bar on the homepage. Enter a location, select your dates, and choose your desired space type (shop, gallery, event space, etc.).

How do I book a space?

Once you've found a space, click on it to see details. Select your dates and click 'Book'. Note: In this MVP version, no real payment is processed.

How do I contact a host?

On a space's page, select your booking dates, then click 'Request a booking'. You can then send a message to the host. You can also access your conversations from the messaging icon in the menu.

For Hosts

How do I create a space listing?

Click on 'Become a host' in the menu. Follow the steps: basic information, location, photos, pricing, and availability. Your listing will be published after validation.

How do I manage my spaces?

Access your host dashboard from the user menu. You can edit your listings, manage bookings, and view your statistics.

How do I manage bookings?

You'll receive a notification for each new booking. You can accept or decline requests from your dashboard.

My Account

How do I edit my profile?

Click on your profile picture in the menu, then 'Profile'. You can edit your personal information, photo, and description.

How do I manage my notifications?

Click on the bell icon in the menu to see your notifications. You can mark them as read or access notification settings in your profile.

How do I delete my account?

Go to your account settings and click 'Delete my account'. All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Technical Questions

Which browsers are supported?

SocietyPopUp works on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. For the best experience, we recommend Chrome or Firefox.

Is there a mobile app?

Currently, SocietyPopUp is only accessible via web browser. The site is responsive and adapts to mobile and tablet devices.
